I've been listening to episode 11 of Paperclipping Roundtable this morning and I was very inspired to say this again. Whatever you are doing is good enough.

Thank you for your constant reminders on always “keeping it real” for ourselves, our families, our creativity. Your reminders always seem to come at the most amazing times. Thank you!
This is the biggest thing I got out of this episode too! Thanks so much!!
Great. Love the
I Am Enough
link.
Amen Sister!!!
Absolutely!
Absolutely!
Absolutely!
Thank you Ali!!!! That was exactly what I needed to hear today! (but a perfect way is using your Technique Tuesday journaling stamps…and having those makes me smile!!!!)
Awesome! I so agree.
I have always said this. If you try to copy someone else all of the time, you will lose yourself; and your pages won’t seems as authentic!
Thank you! I needed to hear that, too. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by everything that we’re NOT doing, that we HAVEN’T gotten to, I totally need to print this up and put it on my bathroom mirror so that I remember it every single day.
Ali,
This sums it up…It is why I read your blog. Thanks for consistently reminding us of the “obvious” in meaningful ways. I’d be a former scrapbooker mired in what “should be” if I hadn’t taken a class from you and heard this truth. It does wonders for my sense of success and accomplishment. Thank you.
I love this! I want a big poster for my wall with it!
AMEN! I believe each scrapbook or page is unique to that artist personality and no one should say otherwise
!!!
Definately good enough.
Want proof? Take an album somewhere — to the office, to a family reunion, to a party. . .I find my family & friends are so amazed by this “hobby” of mine.
Scrapbooking enriches lives.
So true.
I think I have it under control at the moment.
Oh, if the file size of that image of yours was any bigger, I would have printed and framed it for those moment when I tend to forget…
Thanks for the reminder!
Amen! Thanks for the constant inspiration and marvelous ideas.
Everytime I need scrapbooking therapy, I read through, “Life artist.” Thanks for keeping us grounded.
thank you for the reminder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for the reminder. Too many times we get caught up in the page looking “perfect”. Paper, photos and words is all we really need!
I listen to this episode while driving to Louisville…and I had to stop and write it down. It is so, so true. Thank you for the reminder…
Sometimes it’s hard to think that when I see some of the wonderful layouts done by other people, but I have fun doing what I do and it’s relaxing, so what I do is good enough, even if I do occasionally beat myself up over the layouts I’ve done.
AMEN to that!
I so agree! I’ve had a hard time in the past with comparing myself to all those beautiful layouts in magazines. They are my memories and I’m going to document them the way I want to!!
LOVE THIS BLOG!!!
This why I have been and will always remain an Ali Edwards fan.

XXX
word.
Amen!

Thank you for that. One single sentence makes me feel so much better about how I preserve my own as well as my family’s memories.
Great reminder!
I did want to ask you about one area I am struggling with…I love doing Project Life but I’m struggling with what to leave in there and what to actually scrap….what process are you using to decide what to scrap and what to leave in Project Life?
Thank you for such a lovely, gentle reminder.
I really need to work at this. I am reading your Life Artist book right now and I love it. Thank you for your words. I know I am not the only one who is inspired by you.
Thank you. This is a great reminder for all scrappers.
Thanks for the reminder!!
Ali
Despite your faaabulous creativity!,…… this is the one most fabulous thing i soooo lurve about U!!!!
Thanks for the reminder. Love it!
All I have to say to that is: THANK YOU!!!!!
so true Ali…thanks for the gentle reminder
)
Thank you!! I want to print this out and hang it up!
So true…really feelin’ this right now, along with your “keeping it real” post…thanks so much for the recent food-for-thought, it’s very much resonating with me right now!
amen & amen.
Amen!
Printed this out and put above my workspace, also giving to my girlfriends that are comming to scrap tomorrow – it will be our motto for the day! On another note Ali, in your mind what is the difference between Becky’s Project 365 and the Week in the Life activity? Just curious about your thoughts.
Week In The Life is more in-depth for those seven days. Rather than a single photo-a-day you will be taking many & documenting more specific things over the course of each day.
Thanks for the reminder. I needed it just now as I sit at my scrapbooktable still working on my December Daily. Keep it simple and whatever I do it’ll be just fine.
There is NO right or wrong way to preserve your memories… just so long as you do!
I so agree! What’s really sad to me is that so many people fret that they are not preserving the right way. Thanks for the bulletin!
Thanks for the reminder Ali!!
Hey Ali
I am pretty sure I read on your blog ages ago about somewhere that prints blogs into books and I was wondering if you could tell me who they are as my friend wants to print hers off.
Thanks Emma
Ali:
